László Fábián, sports director, former Olympic champion, said that by 2020, Emmi's state secretariat for sports is planning 1,500 publicly funded doping tests.
The trial submission states that, according to the MOB General Assembly decision of November 30, athletes competing in the Youth Winter Olympics and Adult Summer Olympics are only allowed to enter the Games if they meet the required negative doping test.
MOB proposes to distribute 1,100 samples for the Olympic sports by 2020, of which 535 will be specifically linked to this year's Olympic and Adult events.
With the EYOF 2021 Winter and Summer competitions in place, this year it is necessary to complete 65 trials for the event riders. As in previous years, the remaining 500 doping examinations will be divided among Olympic sports, depending on the nature of the sport and the tasks of the year.
With regard to the Alevár Gerevich Scholarship for Sport and the allocation of professional support for competitive sports and Olympic preparation, it was a principle, given the year of the Olympics and the five-ring qualifications, that no sport could be worse off than in 2019. Vice-President Mihály Orendi informed that there is agreement in the MOB sports committee that this amount of money has not been in Hungarian sport yet.
