On Fiftieth Birthday, January 3, an exhibition of Michael Schumacher opens at the Maranello Museum of the Formula 1 Ferrari Team.
"At the same time, celebrating and expressing our gratitude for this is the most successful pilot of all time," the Italian stable said Monday.
The seven-time World Champion German competitor competed in the Italians between 1996 and 2006, where he won five-time individual VB titles in series between 2000 and 2004.
Schumacher suffered a ski accident on December 29, 2013 in Méribel, France, and had to operate twice because of a serious head injury. They were kept in a coma for a long time and then gradually awakened, and since September 2014 they have been nurtured at their home on the shores of Lake Geneva. The family does not disclose details about its condition.
