Defending champion Rafael Nadal of Spain defeated Italian Jannik Sinner in three sets on Tuesday night and made it to the semifinals of the French Open tennis championship.
Preparing for his 13th victory in Paris, Nadal and his rival, just 19 years old, fought a fierce battle in the first game. Then, however, he trembled, unable to outsource the set, and was more inaccurate in his acronym than his opponent.
The missed opportunity didn’t seem to break the young Italian tennis player, who played better than his Spanish opponent at the start of the second game, but despite gaining a 3: 1 advantage, Nadal quickly broke back. In addition, in the hair of the section, Nadal won Sinner's organ again at 4: 4 and eventually took the set with 6: 4.
For the sequel, the Spaniard played more and more tennis, and Sinner could not resist him, so Nadal won the third game smoothly, meeting the 12th-ranked Argentine Diego Schwartzman in the semi-finals.
