Fabio Fognini, the 13th in Italy, has won Serbian Dusan Lajovic in two games in a Sunday finale of the 5.2 million euro (1.6 billion forints) winning men's tennis court in Monte-Carlo.
Fognini played the final for the 19th time in the ATP tournament and won for the ninth time, though he had never been able to win the 1000 Masters tournament before. Lajovic was the first finale of this 1-hour 36-minute match.
