After nearly four months of forced rest, the Spanish Carlos Alcaraz returned with a victory, winning on Wednesday in the second round of the men's tennis tournament on clay courts in Buenos Aires with a total prize of 626,000 dollars (HUF 228 million).

"It feels great to win again," Alcaraz said after the two-hour match. "It's been a long time without competition and games, but I finally have my first success in 2023."
