Toweringly high, Kylian Mbappé, the winger of the Paris Saint-Germain World Champion, is the most valuable football player in the world.
The player, who is still just 21 years old, is worth € 259.2 million, according to a statement by the International Center for Sports Studies (CIES), while Raheem Sterling, the England national team striker, is in second place with € 194.7 million. The third is Jadon Sancho, a young footballer from Borussia Dortmund, for whom the big clubs are currently in line, with a value of € 179.1 million.
Interestingly, Champions League winner FC Liverpool puts three players in the top ten, defender Trent-Alexander Arnold in fourth and two strikers, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mané in sixth and seventh.
Six-time golden ball 32-year-old Lionel Messi is 22nd, while 35-year-old five-time golden ball Cristiano Ronaldo is 61st on the list.
