Nottingham Forest can play in the Premier League for the 2022/23 season after beating Huddersfield Town 1-0 in the Second Division play-off final on Sunday.
The match at London's Wembley Stadium was decided by the 43rd minute own goal of 19-year-old Levi Colwill, who grew up in Chelsea and was loaned out for this season last summer.
Nottingham, who were English champions in 1978 and won the European Champions Cup - the predecessor of the Champions League - in the following two years, last played in the English top flight in the 1998/99 season.
Fulham and Bournemouth have already secured their place in the Premier League, which Burnley, Watford and Norwich City bid farewell to.
